The Space:

Step out back and you'll find the heart of this home: a spacious private yard where the hot tub bubbles, the grill heats up for dinner and the fire pit glows late into the evening.



Indoors, the living room, kitchen and dining area flow together as one open space. A large sectional with a built-in chaise sets the scene for movie nights, while the well-stocked kitchen is ready for anything from a lazy breakfast to a group feast.



Four bedrooms sleep eight. Two have king beds and two have queens, each made up with quality linens and a comfortable mattress. The en-suite bath includes a walk-in shower, and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo.



Look for goat-themed touches throughout, a tribute to the Billy Goat, Fredericksburg's beloved mascot and the inspiration behind the name.



Yes, this home is dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome for a $135 pet fee plus tax and a signed pet waiver. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us before booking to confirm the weight limit and number of dogs allowed. Keep dogs leashed outdoors and pick up after them. Any pet-related damage will be charged to the card on file.

Its historic downtown is packed with more than 150 locally owned shops, boutiques and art galleries, alongside restaurants serving everything from classic German fare to farm-to-table and fine dining. Venture out along Wine Road 290 for winery hopping, or head north to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area for hiking and stargazing.

Technicians will only need access to the outdoor pool/hot tub area, so you may see them on the property during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
