My Family and i stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was much bigger than I expected, which was great. The view was amazing, and I loved the peacefulness of this place. No noisy or rambunctious neighbors. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our first stay in this unit but second stay at the location. The unit is well decorated and furnished, having everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view speaks for itself and morning sunrise coffees on the balcony are a great way to start the day! Would certainly stay here again!

We loved the location and access to so many things within walking distance. The beach was perfect. The resort was somewhere we would come back to. The condo needed some cleaning when we arrived but otherwise all was well.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the space and had plenty of room for the entire family. The condo was clean and ready when we first entered. We loved the view and the outdoor pools were fun. The indoor pool was closed most of the week which was a bummer.

Easter holiday family stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The indoor pool was nice, since the outside air temperatures were a little cool, but the children still enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river. Right on the beach and our 12th floor views were spectacular. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy check in and check out.

This condo is pretty nice, I just don't feel like it is as nice as the reviews say. I'll start with the positives. It is ocean front, on the 12th floor of a private building. The building is secure, clean and the elevators are fast. The pool, lady river, and hot tub areas are nice! There are cameras everywhere (which I get for their homeowners) but I felt like I was on an episode of Big Brother. We left a few sandy beach chairs by our front door (which we were not notified of being a rule) and within 30 minutes we had 2 notes left on our door to get them out of the hallway. Back to positivity, the furniture is beautiful in the condo and the master suite in on point. My first problem with the rental is that we did not receive our door code at check-in time. This was super stressful! Almost an hour later, I finally found a contact number that reached a person and they said that their computers had been down. When we got in the condo, there were only 2 bathrooms. The details in the listing had 3 bedrooms 3 baths. The carpet on the balcony was ripped and looked gross but the balcony seating options are very nice. When we started to make our dinner, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty (and I mean DIRTY!) We had to wash everything by hand. The disposal wasn't working but they did send someone to fix it quickly. Super important info: the bathroom doors do not have locks! This blew my mind. They also need drawer space in the double room! There's none.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m sorry South Wind 1203 did not fully meet your expectations. I’m glad the oceanfront location, building amenities, and the condo’s furniture and master suite worked well for you. Regarding your concerns: the door code delay was caused by a systems outage — we’ve reviewed our check-in procedures to add redundancy and prevent that from happening again. The dishwasher/disposal was repaired quickly by maintenance; sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve passed the dirty dishes and housekeeping shortfalls to our housekeeping team for retraining and additional inspections. The ripped balcony carpet, lack of bathroom door locks, and the need for more drawer/storage in the double room have been flagged with maintenance and the owner for repair or upgrade. We’ll also review the listing to confirm the bath count and correct any inaccuracies. As for the notes about beach chairs and the cameras, building rules prohibit leaving items in hallways for safety and the cameras monitor common areas for homeowner security — I’m sorry it felt intrusive and that the hallway rule wasn’t communicated clearly. Cook Family Vacation

Our stay was positively awesome!! We were very fortunate to have great weather, in the month of February, to be able to walk the beach and sit on the balcony! Our location was terrific as it was very accommodating for all events and restaurants from which we wanted to participate. Will definitely use this condo again and recommend it to anyone vacationing in Myrtle Beach!

Unit was comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Property amenities were great, pools and hot tubs were clean.
