The property was in a very nice area and was beautiful. It was spacious and extremely clean. The downstairs area was great to hang out and play pool/watch tv. The host was also extremely responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Family wedding trip

Very clean throughout! The beds were all very comfortable. Pool area was incredible and pool water was comfortable. A caution to elderly travelers, all bedrooms are up or down stairs that are steeper and shallower than normal grade. There were some bedrooms that didn’t have dressers but closet space was good. Overall we really enjoyed the multiple seating areas And modern kitchen was very handy.

Beautifully decorated

Check in was easy… house was very clean. Amenities offered were excellent. The only concern that I had was ..the house and linens smelled of weed. When we opened the front door, it was very noticeable. Each day got better but there was still a hint when we left. Just wanted to make sure you all knew. Thanks

Family Gathering

This house had everything we needed. As our family grows, so does the distance in miles between us. This house was the perfect place for us to all come together from all our different states to reconnect as a family. The property manager was always quick to reply to all my messages I had. The amenities came in handy. The house is spacious, which allowed us all to hang out without being on top of each other.

Great house in a very nice neighborhood!

We had a great 4-night, 5-day stay in this house for our golfing trip! Our flights arrived in the late morning to PHX and the host graciously allowed us to check into the home a couple of hours early at no charge. It was just a short drive from the airport and easy to get to. Great kitchen with a huge island, large refrigerator and plenty of space. Bedrooms were a good size and we all thought that the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely tiled and supplied with brand new towels and washcloths. The backyard and pool were fantastic and when we weren't golfing we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of pool towels were supplied also. The communication before and after our rental was perfect. Check-in/out procedures were very easy and well communicated. We come to the area yearly for golf and would definitely stay here again as it fit our needs perfectly and was just a short drive to many of the golf courses that we like to play.

Bachelorette Party

It’s a nice size house for all 13 or 14 of us. It has a huge countertop to hang out and eat and chat while the other girls who likes to cook cooks. The seat is just uncomfortable it puts on grill marks on our tushies. Ac is good it keeps us cool and the pool is nice. Overall the space is great for all of us. Neighbors are nice when I jogged around the block in the morning.
