French Country Honeymoon and Couples Cottage

This beautiful new cabin was just completed in September of 2016. It is a place of peace and calming where you will enjoy lovely and comfortable amenities inside and outside.
Shiloh Creek is a 780 sq. ft. studio honeymoon cabin nestled in the tall oaks of Hochatown Trails, conveniently located to Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and all of the many wonderful activities you will want to check out in the Beavers Bend State Park area. Following a décor theme of a rustic French cottage, you’ll find a comfortable and spacious living room and bedroom divided by a floor to ceiling, stone, double sided gas fireplace. The cabin also features a double, walk-through tiled shower, soaker tub, two large screen TV’s, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Shiloh Creek will fulfill your every need and dream of a peaceful get-away. Visit us often.

Wonderful stay. A comfortable place to relax and unwind. The kitchen is well supplied with all the equipment you would need to cook. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath was fantastic. Loved it here will definitely be back! Lots of birds and deer!

Place was very nice inside. Couldn't get t.v's to work. Several people worked on them. Called and talked to guy and he said he would be over to fix them in 45 minutes. Told my wife after hanging up betting he doesn't show and he didn't. Called later and it went to voicemail. He never called back to say he couldn't come, nothing.

SHILOH CREEK CABIN

Our stay at Shiloh Creek cabin was amazing, we felt like we were at home! Broken Bow was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed to unwind! Everyone we encountered were extremely friendly! The only complaints I have would be the window in the shower, i felt exposed, especially with there being close cabins near, curtains would be a plus! We couldn't get the tvs to work, not really a big deal, the washer was out of commission, i did contact the property manager and he offered to help, and lastly, the directions were pretty easy to follow, except they just need to be updated! The Paradise Road sign needs to be changed, you can't read it and the cabin is now the 3rd cabin on the left! Other than those few minor issues, it was pretty darn amazing! I'm ready to return!

BEE…WARE If I only had to leave a review on the actual cabin it would be 5 star because it’s beautiful and clean.. I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband (Nov 4-9). The weather was warm and the bees were swarming. I saw where other people in the reviews mentioned a problem with yellow jackets but the wasps were way worse. We didn’t get to spend much time on the patio, in the hot tub or use the grill because they were so bad. We killed at least 15 to 20 inside. There has to be a nest within the walls. I was literally scared to go to sleep at night because I was scared of getting stung. I tried to contact owner via VRBO messaging, phone calls and text messaging.. No response so if you have an emergency don’t call the number listed.. call 911. It’s not secluded. It is nestled in the woods with 4 other cabins right by you. Bring extra toilet paper because you are only given 2 rolls. If you plan to cook and eat leftovers bring containers to store your food in. I am very disappointed because I paid too much to fight wasps for 5 days. It’s a beautiful cabin but I will not do business with Lost Cabin rentals in the future.

Overall a wonderful stay with a few easily addressed issues

This is a beautiful cabin! It had wonderful amenities and was easily accessible. The host had turned on the lights and set the door locks. We did not have contact with the property host at all. We settled in with no issues. Then we started to discover things. First, we found that the bedroom television would not display channels. Just static. The next day, I discovered that the coffee pot had coffee grounds inside and coffee in the pot. When preparing dinner, I discovered left over food from a previous guest in the microwave. It was clear that the cleaning crew missed a few things. At the same time, my husband discovered that the gas grill didn’t have propane fuel. It had two empty propane bottles only. We had to make alternate plans for dinner. All of these things could be easily avoided if the host would have simply checked. We made the best of the situation, but for the price it is disappointing. Definitely not what we thought for the price paid. Definitely not what we expected when we booked this cabin. With that being said, the hot tub was awesome and the bed comfortable. The bathtub and shower were just as pictured! I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to work around these issues. I would hope the host would correct them. We followed all the exiting guidelines as directed. I have pictures to show it!

This cabin was even more beautiful in person. It was private, peaceful, and in an excellent area. We enjoyed every moment from the minute we walked through the door. I will be recommending this destination to my friends and will definitely be returning, as well.
