This property is a gem! It’s immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a walkable neighborhood close to everything. The communication with the host was effortless, and I have never seen such an organized and easy check in process. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay again.
Not only is this a great location, the studio apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown retail shops and restaurant options.

Cozy stay on High Seas (or High Desert?)
This was a lovely and centrally located little spot to stay. Great place to retreat now and then from the busy conference I was attending at the Conference Center (a reasonable under 1/2 hr walk or 4 min drive). Loved the nautical theme!
Great location, clean place, easy check in. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for the great accommodations.

One of my Favorite Rentals I've Stayed in
Lots of character and very close to downtown GJ main street, this place was perfect for my dogs and me. The bed was incredible and for a studio, it has all the amenities you need plus more!

I had a wonderful stay. Quiet and very comfortable with everything I needed. Nice location within walking distance of the Historic Downtown area, the Amtrak station and the university. I would definitely stay again.
The place is cozy and is everything we needed for our weekend in Grand Junction. Very close to main street, with great restaurants and hiking trails. There is no shortage of things to do in GJ. Julie was a great host and answered all of our questions.

June 2023 stay
The VRBO was clean and exactly as pictured! Small space that was perfect for an overnight sleep during a long road trip!
Immaculately clean, every accessory needed, wonderful management.
A 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants
Don’t pass this up if your looking for a small place in Grand Junction.
It came with everything we needed. Shopping and food was about a 5-6 minute drive. Super close medical care if needed. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Close to the parks and amphitheater.
Cute little efficiency for a long weekend. We came to attend the Palisade Peach Festival and the unit was close enough to the festival but also downtown Grand Junction. This allowed us to take in the area and restaurants. Recommend this unit!

Disliked: Communication
First vrbo
The stay was very okay. The place was great. Too many rules. The dishwasher was leaking and I got no communication of what to do about it.
Location of the property was great. Really close to downtown and restaurants. Booking, check-in, communication with the owner all were super easy and so nice. Questions answered quickly. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and even Starbucks k-cups snd cream!
The only constructive criticism we had was that the air conditioner unit was really loud within the space. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would stay here again.

From the Owner: Hi Jim, we’re sorry to hear that you were not happy with our home we try to make it comfortable so our guests can relax in a home away from home environment. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
Lovely place! Near downtown coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. Great location. Clean. Cute. Felt safe. Comfy bed, comforter. Emergency kit, coffee and creamer provided which was so sweet! The shampoo and soaps were all great brands. I forgot to pack my shampoo so I was delighted to see they had provided good quality products. Natural lighting great if you're working on zoom. Great showerhead. My dog loved it! Def recommend!!!!! Book it today!

Very Pleasant
I am so happy my husband and I found this cozy and truly luxurious place. Located walking within distance to cafes, restaurants and bars and on the border of the historic district. We enjoyed seeing the history of the town, taking walks with the dog and visiting the brewery next store. The loft was furnished with all our needs for three nights, even dog bowls and a bed for the pooch. We enjoyed sleeping in, the bed and linens were amazing, there was coffee and creamer in the morning, and there was no skimping on the provided toiletries. Julie was responsive and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place but not when we are looking to visit again!
