The online pictures must have been taken years ago. The windows were stainedand the furniture and beds were dingy and/or stained. The elevator was out, the pool was closed and part of the parking was blocked off. We called the rentalagency and they quickly moved us to a new place. Otherwise we would have gone home.

While the elevator, pool, and parking restrictions are managed by the resort or HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control, we understand how those issues can impact a stay.
