Its is in quiet residential area, tranquil, surrounded by nature and nature sounds, on east facing mountain slope of West Kelowna Estates, that makes it several degrees cooler then the rest of Kelowna and breezy. Best suited for a couple or three adults (extra sofa bed) that enjoy serene and quiet, while immersing in local lifestyle through many near by activities that Okanagan offers.

Absolutely loved our stay. Close to beaches, hiking trails and wineries. We especially liked sitting on the veranda starting our day with a morning coffee and ending it relaxing with an amazing view of Kelowna. The hosts were fabulous; accessible, friendly and offered great suggestions for our stay. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing...exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! Quiet, clean and climate controlled. Perfect spot to have coffee in the morning and quiet at night. The driveway is a bit tricky, back up cameras help! Coffee is a French press and the only sink is the bathroom, so you need to be careful but it works! Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I spent 5 days here while in town for a wedding and had such a perfect stay. I’m usually very picky about accommodations and I really enjoyed this place. They have a beautiful garden that overlooks the lake and downtown Kelowna but is quiet at night with birds in the morning! We both slept so well that I actually slept in everyday. Highly recommend for a nice retreat from the city. The host’s were super lovely and I’m very grateful

This stay in West Kelowna was very nice. There was a lot of room to spread out with the living area space and patio. The bed was comfortable and it felt very private. The space was quiet and the view was beautiful. Great location with a short drive to Kelowna. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We had an amazing stay here, it is a bit high up on the mountains, providing an unparalleled view of the lake. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is gorgeous, spacious, and well organized! Everything was well thought out and designed to make the space feel like home! Special thanks to Adnan who made us an ice pack when we realized we needed one but didnt have one!Communication was easy - all in all, an amazing stay and I would certainly come back again!

Short and sweet stay in Kelowna

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views! Really great spot to sit under the magnolia tree with a glass of wine and look over the lake and beautiful garden. Radina was very helpful throughout and gave clear communication for each possible thing. The driveway is a bit steep but we got the hang of it!

I live with my husband on the top floor of the property while I offer short term rental in the guest suite in the lower floor with a separate entrance and semi-private patio area used only by guests . We like to meet new people, share tips for the area, engage in chat, if guests show interest in doing so, or we respect their privacy.

Why they chose this property

Breathtaking view of Okanagan Lake from almost anywhere in a safe residential neighbourhood as you stroll for early morning walk. Lot of nature sounds and scents and wildlife viewing. The area is quiet and residential with houses on 0.5 or more acres of land within large pine and Duglas fir trees and provincial parks near by. There is lot of hiking opportunity as several beautiful beaches are within minutes of driving.

What makes this property unique

The property is in great quiet neighbourhood in a location with great views of Okanagan lake and surrounding mountains and forests. The 1 bedroom apartment is comfortable, where bedroom and living room are separated with french doors and curtains . It allows peace and quiet to relax, read a book, watch movie or sit and enjoy the view but at the same time is good base for easy exploring the area. We are within minutes of great hikes, the Downtown area as well as West Kelowna Wine Trail and other great places. The suite is nicely decorated with kitchenette in living room (There is not full kitchen and no stove, but has a fridge, toaster, microwave andInstant Pot (Pressure cooker that also has slow cooker funciton). There is also semi-private outdoor patio space used only by guests, under a canopy of large magnolia tree, a patch of grassy area and two Adirondack chairs and small patio table, to relax while reading a book and enjoying view and nature sounds or have meals outdoors.
