Great House. Met all our needs and then some. Kitchen is WELL stocked, could use a large pot, large enough to hold a Dungenous crab or three. Overall excellent house for a small family reunion. Stairs going up to bedrooms are pretty steep, not recommended for elderly or disabled. Great clean house with an even GREATER view of the ocean and sunsets.
Dungeness crabs caught at the sand spit at the mouth of the Rogue river between the jetty's. (No boat required)

Everything at this condo was perfect. Great view, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great location. Special little touches like fresh maple syrup in the fridge, coffee and tea, nice toiletries, convenient garage parking. Easy walk to Kissing Rock and close to the town of Gold Beach. Listened to the roar of the ocean all night long. Only an hour from the California Redwoods national Park. Take the jet boats up the Rogue River- so much fun and a great value.

Awesome 2nd Stay Here

This was the 2nd time we stayed here, and it is just as amazing as the first! The weather was not in our favor this time around, but having the hot tub and all the necessities we needed to stay in, made for a relaxing vacation. The views of the beach right off the back patio were incredible. We hope to stay here again soon!

This duplex townhouse sits right on the beach and is perfect for a getaway. Everything was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the waves crash on the shore. The gas fireplace was welcoming as we would come back after sightseeing in the area.

This home was exactly what we were looking for! Direct ocean views, access to the beach only 3 houses away, and beautifully furnished in a beachfront style. The home smelled good, and allowed for a welcoming experience. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, did have me a little worried about if my kids were too loud playing on the beach, but overall it was a great stay!

Wife and I had a Minimoon after meetings in Portland. Everything was perfect! We got to see Whales, Otters, Deer, and to my surprise Quail. House has everything you need and the hot tub is wonderful after a day of exploring. Elk River Falls and The Cougar lodge and restaurant on the way is excellent. This home was awesome! We planned to prepare Thanksgiving dinner at the home, but we had no idea how stocked the kitchen was. We brought everything we needed to cook our meal, but the house had 95% of what we needed. Only thing that was “missing” was a turkey baster. Such a great kitchen, so well stocked. The hot tub worked great. The view wwws amazing.

Wonderful Beach house

Wow . Amazing 2 night stay with my 74 year old mom . Easy beach access and very impeccably clean and stocked house . The owner was very easily contacted when we had a minor issue with lighting the fireplace . Someone was over in no time at all , to help and to get us started on a very relaxing stay . Kitchen was amazing for a foodie . It was stocked with quality pots and pans with matching lids and all great utensils . No disappointments at all . . . This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in . . . And the ocean view from the master bed amazing ! Great stay .

Wonderful in every way !

My wife had a conference in Portland and we decided to spend some extra time while in that part of the country. Rented a car in Portland and drove to the coast to Gold Beach. Randomly stopped on the drive down and 100 yards offshore a whale cow and calf were resting in a cove. We get to the house and it's everything and more ! It has everything and is laid out very nice. We sat in the hot tub, walked on the beach and explored the country side. Having such a great house with everything you need cuts the cost of your trip because you can cook some of your meals. One morning while cooking breakfast we saw Otters or Seals swimming in the surf. We went up and hiked some trails and ended up at Cougar Lane Lodge. Had the Pulled Pork Nachos and a burger and the food and waitress were awesome. We also ate at the Porthole in Gold Beach and watched the sunset. Food and service was excellent. This is a place we will go back and enjoy !

Relaxing retreat!

I was overall impressed! This home was beautiful and cozy, had all the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen and throughout the home. Right on the beach with the most beautiful sunsets I have seen in a long time. We left very regenerated! Thank you Bonnie for being an amazing host, we would definingly stay again at one of these homes having a host as kind as you.
