Great view of the ocean. Very nice to have the beach chair service. The owner was very responsive. This is a great location. The Surf Hut restaurant practically next door was very good. Walking distance to Beach Bar at Royal Palm Grill which is very cute. Good location to get to many other things by car as well. Even though it is close to a lot it still seemed somewhat removed and calm. Clean property with everything you need.

We had a wonderful vacation! The Beach House at Miramar Beach was very nice they had updated their living room furniture and the rest of the condo was in excellent condition. Relaxing

Our condo was great. Good layout, clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen items. It was clean and we were kept up to date with information, including the weather forecasts. We enjoyed our time.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay at Beach House was the best! Everything was very easy on arrival-parking, carts nearby for luggage, large elevator & keyless entry into condo. We loved the location! We loved the view! The condo was large and the layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having free beach chairs and umbrella was very handy. We used the pool chairs on windy days. The king sized mattress was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed numerous times at Beach House! Many times with Jan and Corey as the management! They are always our first “go to” site when we book a beach trip! Beautiful condos and super cleanliness in every one! We’ve had a couple of minor issues over the years and we have always gotten immediate responses and quick fixes! Can’t wait to go back! Deb& Greg

Beach vacation in November

Our anniversary is in mid November. We wanted a beach vacation, knowing full well the weather might not be that great. Our condo at B504 The Beach House Condominiums, had the perfect beach view for our stay! We didn't spend much time outside, but just seeing the view from anywhere in the living room, dining area, or kitchen, was enough for us to enjoy 'the beach', this time around! The condo is pretty spacious and the full kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you want to cook. Our hostess checked in via email after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. The condo was decorated in a beach theme and was very cute. The only slightly negative thing I would say, and it isn't anything bad, is that we have stayed in timeshares for years. If that is you, then I would just tell you not to expect timeshare furniture, bedspread, etc., as far as newness goes. The couch was well worn, but the condo felt very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt very much at home there. And, did I say we LOVED the view?? We looked around the property, and there are several access points to the beach, a nice pool area, tennis courts, a workout room, etc. A trash chute is conveniently located just down the hall from the front door. We found a lot of things to do in the area, and there are restaurants galore. We had sea food every night of our stay and it was all good! I'm already missing the gorgeous view. I would love to stay there again.

Great view, loved the chair/umbrella set-up every day, and how easy access was to the beach and everything I needed! Enjoyed from sun up until the stars were shining bright! And the condo decor, too! Kudos to the operation!!

A great week at The Beach House.

We had a great stay in this condo. Jan was excellent to work with. She was responsive and very accommodating. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. It was also nicely decorated. The Beach House grounds are clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.
