Next door to Town Square in Summer enjoy Corcoran's Pond with swim raft and boat rentals as well as Mountain Bike Trails, Tennis and Golf (fees apply).  Winter brings amazing xc ski trails or snowshoes, sleigh rides, tubing, and a shuttle to Waterville Ski Area.

Year-Round enjoy the Quaint Shops, Restaurants, Bar and Jug Town for most of your grocery needs!  Inns of Waterville Valley also offers complimentary passes to the White Mountain Athletic Club!  Here you can enjoy the Indoor and Outdoor Pool, hot tub, sauna, weight, and cardio rooms.

Inns of Waterville Valley has a Community Coin-Operated Washer/Dryer.   Enjoy the common area as well.
