Quiet 3 Bedroom Family Home Close to All
Family-friendly home in quiet neighborhood close to everything San Diego has to offer! 15 minutes to La Jolla Shores, 20 minutes to Pacific Beach, Balboa Park, downtown, Petco Park, and airport.
Enjoy parks, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more, all about 1.5 miles away (we often walked to them with our children when we lived here).
Home has a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twin beds, and a full size fold out couch in the living room. Second bathroom also has shower/tub combo.
Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a meal during your stay.
The fully fenced backyard is great for relaxing, playing, or dining outside. Feel free to grab an avocado or orange from the trees.
Wifi, washer and dryer, and plenty of toys help make sure everyone enjoys their stay!

We enjoy spending time outside in the beautiful weather, exploring the unique neighborhoods throughout the city, and trying new restaurants whenever we can. We're still local which makes it easy to answer any questions or address any issues you may have during your stay.

Clairemont is a great area because it's centrally located. It's easy to get to most places in under 20 minutes, which means it's easy to enjoy beaches, downtown, or popular attractions without living in the congestion that surrounds those areas.
What makes this property unique
We've taken great care of our home and upgraded it along the way, including adding AC for the occasional hot day. Our upgrades have been environmentally friendly when possible, such as installing solar panels and a tankless water heater. It's a comfortable home and neighborhood we hope you enjoy as much as we do!
