Villa Allison is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 1st level with no stairs can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony or meander just a few steps to the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ Grills. A gym is just around the corner in the complex as well. Each bedroom offers a King bed and a smart TV with cable. The great room offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Queen pull out sofa and Smart TV with Cable and sound-bar.

1 reserved covered parking spot and other guest parking available. The condo is close to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

21 day minimum rental. You will get the lowest nightly rate by staying 30+ nights.

***1 dog allowed with prior management approval only. No cats. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

wonderful getaway from the cold midwest

Great location near pool and an easy walk to stores. We found the condo set up with all our needs, comfy beds, and was very clean. Workout room was used often and met some nice neighbors. Furnace was a bit noisy and master bedroom window difficult to open/close. Thanks for a great stay/would recommend it to everyone!

We had a couple of issues which Wes, the property manager, swiftly remedied. It is a bit dated, smaller than I imagined and tons of dogs. Otherwise suited our needs.

I love this place! ! 5+ stars!Property is EXACTLY as pictured. Cozy and comfortable, relaxing. Location is perfect- surrounding area residential which is nice for evening walks but shopping is less than 2 miles away with tons of options. Friendly neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

Rental was just as advertised. Nicely appointed 2 bedroom, location next to one of the pools. Comes with a covered parking space which since temps were over 100 was a nice plus. Location is perfect, less than 3 miles to Westworld and 3 blocks to grocery stores and everything you need. Would stay again!

Loved everything about this property. It felt just like home. All appliances, utensils, cookware were top notch. The only thing which was not a big deal to us was that the bedroom carpets looked to be grease stained
