About this property

Beautiful 4 BR 3.5 BA 5 minutes from the stadium, a mile from the Oaks Mall

Our house is located in Hillcrest subdivision off 8th avenue. Hillcrest is a very unique subdivision with colorful homes with lots of character. Very spacious and open house. Only about five minutes from the stadium and about a mile from the Oaks Mall. There There are four bedrooms. The master bath and bedroom are downstairs. There is an outside shower also in the patio area that is closed in for privacy. Grill on the patio also. There is also an upstairs balcony that is very peaceful to watch the sunset. Right next to the house is Cofrin nature park with a beautiful creek, playground, picnic tables, and a tennis court.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Graduation weekend

Go Gators!

We attended the ucf/uf football game. We had an amazing time. The house is perfect! We grilled out back, played corn hole and other fun games. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a great neighborhood not far from UF. It's listed as 4 bed 4.5 bath but there is only 3.5 bathrooms. The owner was very easy to communicate with but the property wasn't quite ready for us upon arrival. Other than that I highly recommend staying at this property!

A Life Saver!!

We had to evacuate our dementia residents during Hurricane Milton to a facility in Gainesville, so I rented this house for some of our staff. I cannot say enough great things about the owner and her willingness to bend over backwards to accommodate our group. A thousand thank yous and we will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Gainesville!

Great House and Location!

We were in Gainesville to meet family and go to the Gator football game. The house was immaculate and lots of space. Loved the outside area but we did not have much time to spend out there. The owner was great to work with and the entire process went very smooth. We already tried to rent it again for another weekend but it was already booked. We will diffently stay here again.
