The condo was nicely furnished and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Everything was clean, updated and well maintained in the unit. Of course the views were the highlight as it is the perfect location and near everything. We will certain be returning and staying in this same unit.

Great location. Loved hiking down to the river. Bedrooms and living room were nicely decorated. Kitchen, while being a little tight for 2 people, had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer/dryer too. Wonderful touch with the bottle of wine and chocolates. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay! You can’t beat the location on the river, the condo worked great for our party of six. We enjoyed the deck with the river noise in the background and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.Stacy, the host, was super responsive and answered any question right away. Check-in was easy and straightforward!

Loved the Eastern facing view! The place was quiet, modern, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the proximity to Old Mill where we were participating in an event. Definitely would book here again.

Well appointed on every level! Good linens, and spacious bathrooms, and the kitchen had all we needed. Location perfect for boarders/skiers and we will recommend it to our friends!

The property itself is very nice, it fully met our needs - the rooms are great, the interior was clean and it has beautiful views over the Deschutes River. Easy access to a pool and walking trails. And good access to nearby neighborhoods, restaurants and downtown Bend. However, some aspects of the exterior need attention. The back porch has some boards that are loose and the cleanliness of the front entrance and main balcony need some work. Also, the chairs on the upstairs balcony need replaced.

An Elevated Mountain Getaway with Outstanding Hospitality

This place is beautifully designed and exceptionally well thought out. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was such a luxury, and the space felt incredibly open and spacious thanks to the high, vaulted ceilings. It manages to feel both stunning and cozy at the same time.From the moment we walked in, the place smelled amazing, and the welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. The décor throughout the home was lovely, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location was also a huge plus as it is very close and convenient to Mount Bachelor, which made getting to the mountain effortless.The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the small details that elevated the stay, like the decorative towel and toilet paper designs and the designated makeup towels, which was such a perfect and practical addition.If the jacuzzi on the balcony had been operational, this would have easily been an 11/10 stay. We did check out the community hot tub, but ended up leaving once several other groups arrived and it became quite busy.I also accidentally left some personal items behind and live in Seattle, so going back to retrieve them wasn’t an option. I was very upset as it was my work bag with my laptop, glasses, makeup, etc. The host was incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful throughout the process of getting my belongings back to me, and never once made me feel like an inconvenience.The host was also gracious in allowing us to do a late checkout for a small fee, which made a huge difference. We were able to go skiing and then come back to shower, pack up, and leave comfortably rather than rushing out early.The only minor but common complaint among our group was that the pillows on the beds lacked structure and could use replacing. Overall, this was a wonderful stay in a gorgeous, well-curated space, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location, had nice amenities and beautiful views of the Deschutes river. We had a few minor issues that needed taken care of during our stay, but Helen took care of them immediately and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time with friends- close to the pool and spa- which was quiet, not overly populated, had gorgeous river views, amazing 2+ mile walk loop along the river, and centrally located in bend! Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

It was a great location for our stay in Bend. Beautiful view of river. We had a chance to use the pool which was nice as well. Some of the floor boards need replacing on the lower deck.

Family Getaway

Our family meets in Bend every year for 4 nights. This condo was a great find. You are up in a bluff overlooking the river. The accommodations were wonderful, wonderfully decorated and it is so close to Bend and all activities.
