Very heavy farm gate across entrance, difficult to open. Cold weather so oil filled heater used, it was upstairs and very heavy to manoeuver down to the lounge. Front door key tricky to use.Upstairs bedroom has no emergency exit in case of fire or smoke in stairway. We love this spot, but is it safe?

Hi there, Thank you for your review and for sharing such detailed feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to note the areas that made aspects of your stay more challenging. We understand the points you’ve mentioned regarding the gate, the heater, and the front door key, and we’ll pass this on to our property manager to review. In regard to the upstairs bedroom, the stairs are the only access to and from the upper level, so there isn’t a separate emergency exit. We appreciate you raising this, as safety is always important to us. We’re glad to hear you enjoy this spot, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you again in the future. All the best, Reputations and Resolutions
