Thanksgiving Family Trip

We had an incredible experience at this property! The host was amazing and accommodating. We had all cooking supplies that we needed and more! The property was so clean and nice! The location was beautiful and perfect for grocery shopping and fast food. We will likely be staying here again for our next family vacation.

Family get away

Property was as advertised. Well appointed, close to everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out, play games, watch movies, and just visit. The pool was clean and warm. Thanks for a great experience.

Guys Golf Weekend

Quick trip to Goodyear for some golfing with 8 buddies. House was perfect for what we needed, clean, fit everyone comfortably, and communication with Amy was great.

90th Birthday

Family gathered from GA, MI, OH, WA and OK to celebrate my mother’s 90th Birthday. The home was perfect for us. The children enjoyed the pool, drawing in the game room and of course the games. The home allowed us to space and comfort to enjoy each other. Perfect home for a family gathering.

Location was great, outside area was just like the pictures. It felt like you were at a tropical oasis sitting outside. However, late evening times when the wind changed you can smell a stockyard or fertilizer from the west and dogs next door that protect the front but were not a nuisance when you were in the backyard. House was pretty clean overall. vents could use a dusting and some underwear under the bed but overall it was clean. The game room is a fun addition. It is a good house for relaxing with friends and family. Lots of shopping and food choices within 2 miles. I would rent the house again.

Great place.

We stayed at this house for a girls basketball team at Estrella Fountain Hills. It was centrally located and in an awesome neighborhood. The one thing O suggest is to label the light switches, fan switches and speaker switches. It’d make it easier to know what goes to what. We loved it!

Best VRB ever

We have stayed in many VRB properties and this was by far the best ever. The property organization made it easy for us the find everything. It was very clean and beautiful. The property had a homely feel and welcoming. The pool area also was the best by far. My entire family loved it. I would have given it 10 stars if that was an option. Would definitely reserve again. Thank you for making our stay one we will not forget.

Fantastic Father's Day Weekend!

The house was beautiful. The description of the house was completely accurate. It was very well maintained. Very comfortable and inviting. Of course our favorite spot was the pool. Loved that part of it was covered because that weekend was in the triple digits. So having some shade was very much appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

Stayed here with family for family holiday. 4 adults, 5 kids, and hand PLENTY of room to spread out. It was comfortable, quiet, great neighborhood with easy access to the interstate and local amenities. Lots of seating in the backyard under the covered patio, or around the firepit, or at the pool deck. Inside the rooms all had smart tv's for watching your favorite streaming. The kitchen was adequately stocked with flatware, utensils, and appliances. I would highly recommend this place for a large family gathering. We will definitely consider this place again for our families.

Big house, great space for families. Be aware the backyard camera is pointed directly at the pool.

The space is good for large families, plenty of room to gather.If you are looking for a space for everyone, this place is good. Only concern: Backyard camera - the listing said " 3 exterior security cameras (facing out)" and "camera 3 is on the back of the house facing towards the backyard". The camera faced directly into the pool. This left our family wondering who was on the other end of the camera that was constantly on, watching the kids in the pool. Other than that, the house was good.

Beautiful house but I wasn’t able to listen to music after 10 it was very inconvenience

It was very inconvenience we can’t be loud amd enjoy in family and we couldn’t Lester Music after 10 pm. Also only 2 vehicles can park on the driveway we not a loud to leave a third park on the street.

Why can't everything in a rented house work?

From the start the front door digital pad had issues to the point we no longer were able to access the front door and utilized the back door. Additionally the 'mega-DIY' master shower was the weirdest locker room shower we have ever seen in our lives. Also I neglected to mention this did not work. Why rent this house if everything doesn't work including the front door?

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We further investigated your concerns and can confirm the front door keypad is functioning properly, but it does require each number to be pressed individually, followed by a brief pause to allow the lock to engage or disengage.- The master shower is designed as a spacious, dual rain-shower setup, which may be different from what some guests are used to. There was a minor blockage in one of the showerheads that has since been cleared, and it is now working as intended.We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Just Perfect!

What a great property! The check in process was very easy and the house is clean, modern and cozy. Each of our group of 11 had a comfy spot to sleep and even with all of us, there was plenty of privacy and space to stretch out. The house is well equipped with the necessities - a very organized kitchen, also plenty of linens and household items so you won’t run out. There is a Target about 5 minutes away which was very convenient for filling the fridge. The pool had an effective heater that the kiddos really appreciated - we were visiting family for Thanksgiving so it wasn’t necessarily warm outside. We had a great time, were very comfortable and will definitely be back the next time we come into town.
