Had and Amazing Stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The views were absolutely gorgeous and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Awesome Stay in Desert Mountain Getaway

Knew the place would be great but exceeded expectations further. The place was clean, spacious, and accommodating to our group. The property managers were helpful with any questions for check-in and while on the property. I would absolutely come back to our rental again when back in Scottsdale.

Beautiful

This property is beautiful and clean with amazing views. Staying there truly felt like a private resort. Check in took a while due to us not receiving the codes, but the property manager was very quick and responsive. We all enjoyed this property and would book again.

I was a patient at The Mayo Clinic for 3 days and this property was a blessing! Our adult children and their children came to support me and we were so grateful for a resort-type home to stay at! Thank you for everything!

Wow what a place

An absolutely perfect oasis for spending time in this area. Five of us, all old friends and we had a wonderful stay. Would be amazing for a group of 5 or 6 couples. A gorgeous pool and hot tub and an amazing fireplace. Bring your own little Bluetooth speaker because there are no wired speakers outside.

Fun bday weekend!

So… just a few things, lighting is bad, and lots of steps that u can trip on or down…I love the labels of appliances, etc. but a beautiful place and matched the description. There are just a few things I would fix.

Had a rattle snake on the property and they told us someone would be out to inspect the property the next day and it never happened. Also the pool was freezing and they would not heat.

Gorgeous!

My youngest daughter and now husband eloped to Superstition Mountain! The property is 10x’s more beautiful than the pictures. It was perfect for our family. My oldest daughter and her Twin 19 month olds and 4 year old daughter took one wing of the house, myself the grooms father and significant other and the brides father took the other wing. The Bride and Groom enjoyed their stay in the Casita. It has a pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, a balcony and views to die for. We enjoyed a private chef for our wedding dinner and all of the amenities. Good Night Stay is the property management firm and were very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back. The only thing I would change is the lighting, but I believe they are working on that.

Phoenix Family Fun!

Stayed for 10 days in November with 3 generations of family and friends. House was outstanding for our diverse group with great spaces for getting away but also excellent group areas for meals, tv, etc. There were lots of utensils for meal preparation and serving. One small problem with the house was the main entrance to the backyard is directly behind the kitchen table so we had quite a bit of congestion and chair shifting at times. Backyard had way too many opportunities for fun! Cornhole was a particular hit and world issues were solved late at night by the fire. We had some small problems arise like plugged drains and a greasy BBQ but these were handled promptly. There was an issue with heating the pool and the hot tub that took a few days to resolve but the financial compensation was more than fair. We would definitly stay here again and I would strongly recommend this property for a large group!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this house. For the most part, the pictures on the website are accurate. The layout of the house is perfect for a family, the backyard is fantastic, and the guest house is a lovely extra space. While there is much that is positive, it is obvious that this is a rental property. Things are a bit "lived in." Some of the furniture is worn and/or stained. Also, I had to communicate with the property manager a couple of times because certain things didn't work, including the firepit outdoors and the t.v. in the master bedroom. They were very responsive and addressed the problem promptly. I would encourage the owners to consider a couple of things: 1) There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the house. There were plenty of bath/swim towels, but none smaller for drying hands or use in the shower/bath. 2) There is a somewhat significant wasp/bee problem in the back yard; specifically around the pool. We ended up purchasing wasp spray and trying to eliminate this problem. Two family members were stung. While this didn't ruin our stay, it was a pretty constant concern. 3) I purchased a small number of cleaning supplies, as there was nothing for basic clean-up in the kitchen or outdoors. We were only provided a very small bottle of dishsoap and a small packet of kitchen wipes, hardly adequate for four nights/days. In closure, this home was enjoyable and spacious. With a few minor improvements, it would be an amazing property!

Spacious, Beautiful Home. Great Service and Communication with Rental Office.

House was as listed, and more - 3 twin beds w 2 additional twin trundles, 2 queen rooms, 1 king in main house, 1 king in pool house, plus pull out sofa in pool house, and you get one air mattress. Pool was big, hot tub was nearby and easy to use, good outdoor seating and coverage from umbrellas, porch. Firepit was a fun addition. But nothing can compare to that view from the backyard - if you can catch a sunrise, do it. The multiple mountains seen from the back are so special if you're not from the area. Besides for the view, and the well maintained home, the service from the texting team was very very good. I got a response in minutes to multiple issues and had someone on site normally within an hour or less. In one case we found an unwelcome guest in a secure place (this is normal for this time of year). The team had an exterminator there within a few hours to remove and spray, and we had no other issues with bugs for our entire 2 week stay. (Exterminator said he would likely be adding this address to his regular list, if there's any concern.) They sent someone to check the pool, fix cabinets doors that were loose, internet when it wasn't working... any time we saw there was something to be fixed. Highly suggest this home and this rental company.

Serene Stay

Beyond impressed with this property! The pictures DO NOT do it enough justice! EVERY aspect of the outdoors was BEYOND amazing! Coffee and Yoga with that mountain view was BEYOND!! Evening book by the fire pit with that mountain view was BEYOND!! The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to want to rush back from the soccer fields! WOW!!! Loved our Serene Stay!
