The unit is fully equipped with upscale amenities. Beach service is available March 1 - October 31.

This was a perfect condo for a relaxing and quiet week. The unit is spectacular in every respect. The views and sounds of the gulf were wonderful. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai watching dolphins. The sunsets were spectacular. The unit is spacious, well designed (bedrooms very separate), well stocked and very clean. The owner was very responsive with questions and welcoming. The beach chair set up (when in season) was a huge bonus. The elevator, carts and keyless entry made checking in a breeze. This was truly the best VRBO we have stayed in and hope to return soon. It was simply perfect. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

When we first walked into the condo we were absolutely wowed with how beautifully it was decorated and how breathtaking the view was! The condo was stocked with everything we could ever need. Everything was clean and comfortable. It really felt like home. We look forward to being able to book this little piece of paradise again!

This is the second or third time we’ve stayed at this property. The condo is our favorite, and we’ve stayed at quite a few through the years. The beach isn’t crowded, the view is breathtaking, and the condo is clean, updated and roomy. The owners are very nice and helpful.

After Twenty+ years of coming to Okaloosa Island & staying at different condos, I believe we have found the one!!! Beautifully decorated condo with many “extras.” The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The fact that there were only a few condos in the building made the days on the beach…PERFECT!!! Not crowded & the people that were there were very friendly! I would highly recommend this condo!!!

AMAZING PROPERTY

It's hard to put into words. Everything about the property is perfection. Pictures do not do it justice. The view from 4th floor is just right. You are literally steps between parking spot to elevator, elevator deposits you directly to the front door; beach access is a short walk. Minutes back up the condo. Owners thought of every detail. The most fully stocked kitchen I've even seen in a rental. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property. We plan on renting this again! Thanks, Salzman's, for sharing your beautiful condo.

Paradise

From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were in paradise. The condo is so beautiful. The owners took every effort to detail. We were all so comfortable. And right outside our balcony was the Gulf of Mexico in all its' glory. It was so easy to use the elevator to go down to the beach. The white sands were awaiting us each day. Our beach attendant was so helpful and we got to know one of the renters and she was so helpful guiding us to some good eats! All were so friendly. We were there for two weeks so we did quite a bit of cooking and the condo had everything and more to accommodate our needs. Tim and Tracey gave us a gift of such a wonderful vacation stay. I surely hope our paths meet again. This is a keeper.

"So beautiful, I could cry"

This place was fantastic! The beach view from the living room and balcony was outstanding - in fact, my 14yo son said, "It's so beautiful - I could cry" when he first looked out lol The attention to detail throughout the unit is wonderful, and the place is well-maintained. Close enough that walking up from the beach to grab something is not an inconvenience at all. Definitely looking forward to being able to come back out!
