Great Asheville stay!

This suited our needs well for an NYE stay in Asheville - a little off the beaten path, but still accessible to downtown Asheville.

Family visit to Asheville

We absolutely loved the property! Super convenient to everything we wanted to do including the Biltmore, downtown Asheville for Farmers Market, nearby restaurants - all within a short drive! The owners provided everything we could ever need and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would rent from this owner again for sure!

Beautiful and convenient stay

We loved our stay here! Pictures are accurate...it's a lovely home. Furnishings are comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was a dream. It was so convenient to downtown Asheville. This was ideal as we were traveling with our parents. We were able to easily tour the area. Would stay here again when we return!

Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Asheville. The house was exactly as listed online and very clean. It was the perfect space for our family, two dogs, and new baby. They had a lot of accommodations for the baby as well, which was very helpful! The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from both downtown and West Asheville. Would definitely stay again!

Great House for Family

We did a quick spring break getaway - kids, grandma and the dog! It was the perfect home base to explore Asheville. Plenty of room for everyone, including space for the dog to run in the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub AND the cold plunge! Comfortable and modern with all the amenities. Communication was super prompt and friendly. It's not a walking neighborhood by any means, but it is very close to downtown and all you'd want to explore.

4/10 Poor

Busy Road

The house is new and clean in a good location to get to downtown and the Biltmore. Being generous with my words, It seems like a very, very upcoming area. While the home is nice, it should never have been placed that close to a major road especially being pet friendly. I barely felt comfortable with a pet and would not be ok with young children there at all. It has a fenced in yard but you can't access it from inside the home. In order to get to the back (including hot tub) you need to go out to the front onto a main road, then down the steep driveway. The fence has a large deficit they tried to mask with a rock. I didn't let our dog, a very well trained Labrador, off the leash or even alone in the backyard. The front bedroom is essentially on the road. Headlights and noise is what you sleep with. Heaven forbid a drunk driver came barreling down the road towards the home, the living room and front bedroom would be devastated. When we arrived the front door didn't properly close. We waited 24 hours for the handyman to come and fix the lock and report the broken knob on the stove. Both huge safety issues that should have been noted by the cleaning crew or property manager or both. I've waited a month to post this to see if time softened my opinion. Unfortunately, looking back as a first time visitor to Asheville I feel like the price for the home in conjunction with the location, condition and home/road placement we were just taken advantage of. Especially because when I rented the home and spoke with the reservations team I asked about the road which I could see from google maps and was assured it was fine. Would never re rent this home or use this realty company again.

Thank you for sharing feedback on your recent stay. We’re sorry your experience did not fully meet expectations. Since taking ownership, the new homeowner has made the following updates and improvements to enhance comfort, safety, and the overall guest experience: - A new staircase has been added off the rear balcony to provide safe and convenient access to the backyard, and the fence has been properly secured and heightened to enhance privacy, improve views, and ensure guests can enjoy the outdoor space with added peace of mind. - While the home meets all safety setback requirements, we understand concerns about nearby traffic. The property offers spacious, secure, and complimentary off-street parking, and additional radar and signage have been installed to help reduce vehicle speeds. - All bedrooms have been updated with high-quality privacy film, blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, upgraded bedding, and sound machines to provide the utmost privacy, rest, and relaxation for every guest. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it has helped guide meaningful improvements to the home.
