We are pet friendly! We charge $25 per dog per night. This fee is usually included in the overall price but occasionally it doesn't calculate right. If that's the case I will let you know and will bill you separately for the pets.

The Space:

This spacious, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for families, groups of friends, and couples seeking a blend of serenity and adventure. Set in an idyllic location, you'll be within a short drive to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Richmond Hill Park, and the Botanical Gardens. Step inside and find a cozy living room where a queen-size sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV await. Unwind with a movie or enjoy a fun game night with our provided collection of board games. The bright, open-concept living space flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy delightful meals at the beautiful dining area or venture out onto the covered porch for alfresco dining. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms offer peaceful slumber. The master suite features a plush queen bed, en suite full bathroom, as well as baby amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair. The other two bedrooms, also outfitted with queen beds, share a full bathroom for added convenience. The true charm of this home lies in its outdoor spaces. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the covered porch, or spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire property, including the well-appointed kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as the covered porch, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. For easy entry, the home is equipped with a smart lock providing a seamless self-check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
Plenty of breweries and a coffee shop within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well and would be a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friends. - Non-smoking: absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the home. A $250 ozone cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found. - Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM to avoid late fees. - Conveniently access Uber and Lyft as an alternative to navigating through downtown parking.
