Situated just steps away from the beach, this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is designed for ultimate comfort and enjoyment. The spacious kitchen provides ample room for preparing your favorite meals, while the numerous new seating areas throughout the house are perfect for dining and relaxation.

The pool area in the backyard adds an extra layer of enjoyment, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking and a new picnic table for leisurely meals by the pool. The house features five comfortable bedrooms, including two with king beds and three with queens. Each bedroom is equipped with a Flat Screen TV and DVD player, ensuring everyone has their own space in the evenings. The Jack & Jill bathrooms with shower-tub combos, along with another full bathroom off the living room with a stand-up shower, provide convenience for all guests.

With the beach just steps away, you can savor morning sunrises or unwind by the pool in the evenings while enjoying spectacular sunsets. The peaceful environment is perfect for leisurely walks along the ocean. The fenced-in pool area offers ample space for relaxation and fun, making it an ideal spot for families. The outside shower allows for easy cleanup before taking a dip in the pool.
