Spring Break

This condo met our needs perfectly! The amount of space in the living and kitchen area was much larger than anticipated. Cleanliness is very important to me and I felt like this condo delivered. Beds were comfortable, easy access to pool, just a short walk to public beach. My family would definitely rent again!!

Amazing

This place is unbelievably perfect! It had every single thing you need to have a great stay in Orange Beach. Not only is the condo beautiful inside and out the attention to detail was spectacular. It has a gorgeous kitchen with every utensil and appliance you would need, washer and dryer, and a great balcony. The location was perfect as well. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. We had such a great stat and Nickey was very quick to respond. Everything that we needed was there or he had already explained to us, that I never had to text him during our stay.

Spring break review

Everything about Cotton Bayou was beautiful. The only negative review we have it sounded like there was a bowling alley in the condo above us. My family had a hard time sleeping all week. Definitely not the property owners fault that we rented from but it was very frustrating.

Summer Vacation

The Good: The condo is very nice and clean...some things need repair or replaced but for the most part everything was in great shape.The dock area is perfect for boating and fishing. The property manager and team are very polite and thorough with communication.The Bad: The beach is not easily accessible would not recommend with small children as you have to walk a good bit to public access on a very busy road. The Deck needs attention, the railing is in bad shape and very dangerous for small children.The Really Bad: The condo above this one is owned, its not rental. The people who live there are EXTREMELY LOUD and apparently don't sleep much. I can only compare it to the sound of thunder or a bowling alley. This made the nights miserable! All in all we had a nice time but unfortunately will not be staying in this particular condo again
