Hello Deborah, thanks for letting us know about your stay! The owner wanted to address the items you mentioned: - The TVs on the second level are brand new. Our cleaning service checks all TVs and remotes in the home as routine prior to a guest's arrival time. All of the TVs in the home were working before and after your check-in. - There was a clock that had stopped working and that has since been fixed. We also keep extra batteries on hand in the house at all times. - Thank you for making us aware of the dirt under the couch. We have spoken to our cleaning crew to ensure this is corrected and does not happen with our future guests. We wish you had contacted us about these concerns so we could have resolved these issues during your stay. - There isn't much yard around the home, except for three bushes. We work with a lawn care company that regularly comes to the home to maintain the property. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
