Wonderful, comfortable home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Emerald Bay home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The home was clean and comfortable. The construction of the road being paved right outside the house was not ideal. It started early in the morning and woke us up daily while on vacation. Although, I recognize this won’t be a forever problem with the home. But the dust from all the gravel and equipment sure got our car dirty. The house was situated well between the lake, the restaurants and the pools. Everything was easy to get to by walking or biking. We would book this home again if we come back to this location!

Annual Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Emerald Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals....even a crockpot! We did bring our own coffee pot since there was only a keurig because we are coffee snobs, LOL! The beds were amazing! The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. The extra blankets throughout the house were amazing. We loved all the amenities Carlton Landing had to offer. We thought about renting a golf cart, but decided not to. Walking around was so easy or we were able to park near the lake and pool, which was what we did most of the time. The starter set of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc was great! We did bring more of our own, which we were glad we did. Overall we had an amazing time and Carlton Landing will be our new favorite family reunion spot!Thank you for sharing your home with us!The Wards

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. It was nice and not too busy until Thursday. There were so many things to do with the kids outside and the house itself was amazing. The kids all loved the bunks and my favorite part was the porch swings to start off our morning. Er will definitely be coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered together for family Thanksgiving at the Emerald Bay home. Great home with great parking for Thanksgiving guests. The turkey was cooked on the pellet grill and was fantastic. A big plus was standing by the real firewood fireplace to warm up on the chilly day. This is our second time at Emerald Bay and will visit again.
