Unit 403 is an 850 square foot newly renovated fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite and stainless appliances along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Located on the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Plenty extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well appointed, with great appliances. Gulf view was breathtaking every single day!

5 Stars isn't Enough

The property is well kept, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable, and thr views were HEAVEN! The unit came well equipped with everything that we needed and then some. Although we did not have any in person encounters with the management company, they did provide very specific information that allowed for a seamless check in/out process. I will undoubtedly be back again.

Just perfect

Perfect location. Condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was equipped with everything you should need and more. We were very impressed!
