This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Cape Style home is in a great location South of Route 28 - just 1 mile to Bristol and Falmouth Heights Beaches. The upstairs bathroom is brand new for 2021! Take a stroll down beautiful Maravista or Downtown Falmouth. It’s a short drive to the Island Queen Ferry, Guv Fuller Field (home of the Falmouth Commodores), and Main Street Falmouth with its fabulous restaurants and shops.

This well-kept home is also just a few short blocks from Great Bay with a public boat launch. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, on a dead end street, this Cape home affords you all the convenience of being close to town and all the privacy of your own vacation getaway. You can cycle down to the ocean along a path that runs the length of the peninsula overlooking docked boats.

The 20’ by 15’ outside deck is a perfect place to grill, spend time with the entire family, and relax. The outdoor shower has both cold and hot controls, so enjoy all season long.

The first floor features an eat-in kitchen, full bath, and hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom. The upstairs features two over-sized bedrooms with wall to wall carpeting.

Great stay as always!

We rented this house a couple of years ago and again this year! The house was clean and had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Love love love the newly added bathroom upstairs! Paul was so easy to communicate with if I had any questions he responded promptly. It’s close to the beach and to town. I would definitely rent again!!

Ideal location. Peaceful neighborhood. Convenient to Falmouth Heights beach and to shops downtown

Need recycling bin for empty’s and another larger trash reciprocal.

Quaint home in perfect location.

House was a small quaint little home convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Paul was only a text away and very helpful with advice and help of any kind.
