Beautiful views of the gulf, the condo was clean, and the entire building was well kept. We were really happy that the pool was heated at the end of March.

Unit was extremely well appointed, everything you could possibly need we found to be in the unit. Convenient to the beach, was not crowded and it seemed to be a busy time in the area generally. Elevator was slow but the owners said they were doing a complete elevator renovation in December so I can't imagine any other negative to pass along!

Much needed beach vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this very well appointed condo. Steps away from the private area of beach with absolutely stunning views. Very short drives to all the food, shopping, and nightlife that you could want.

Christmas in Destin

We loved how easy it was to get around the island from this location, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, virtually everything you can imagine for indoor cooking and outdoor grilling. The beach front views are spectacular for sunrise and sunsets. The condo is beautifully laid out and decorated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Condo and Great Communications!

We were very pleased with the unit and the entire administrative process! The only negative was the elevator (it stopped working during checkout).

Lovely Beach Vacay

Location: right on the beach with the most beautiful views! Couple steps down the private beach entrance and you are on the beach and in the water! Parking on site. Nice hotels, homes around this location, upscale area. So convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions (we didn’t travel more than 10 mins for anything, with grocery options <1 mile). Quiet location (on site and surrounding) made for a relaxing time!

Beautiful pristine rental. Appears newly renovated. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the two king size beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.
