Great family vacation

The house was perfect for our family and a great location. We were always in touch with the management company whose response was excellent. The property was equipped with everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Such A Beautiful Place 🏝

All Decked Out is such a gorgeous house. The furnishings are all top notch luxury items. Everything you need is in this home. We especially loved the convenience of being next to the pool. It is a little walk to the beach but the gorgeous ocean water makes it all worth it.

Beware! Beach was much further than advertised

The house was awesome. The kitchen was nicely stocked from appliances to cooking utensils. The private beach access was close & was easy to walk, BUT, what wasn’t disclosed, even after I point blank asked, was how far of a walk way down the beach thru the deep sand we had to go to be allowed to sit. This neighborhood is not allowed to be on the private beach that their beach access walkway leads to. And we were not alllowed access to the closer walkway. Walking 1/4 of a mile in deep sand is quite the workout for 60 yr olds. Another warning you need to know is about the bike thieves around the seaside area. The house comes with 6 bikes & we had no trouble until the last day of our trip when the thrives hit. Bring your own bike locks because they only provide 3 for 6 bikes. The police would not help us because we did not own the 2 bikes that were stolen. There are no marking on the provided bike to prove what address they belong so we were out of luck AND out of $900 to pay to them to be replaced. Gulftide Vacations were of no help & very unprofessional when I tried to talk to them. Lesson learned!

We are sorry that we did not communicate better about the beach access, this is an issue the community is currently dealing with and hopes to resolve quickly, we do have information located in our guest portal about beach access. We are disappointed that you during your stay our bikes were stolen and unfortunately they still have not turned up. When you rent a property, you do become responsible for the property and its contents, and anything made available for your use. We are sorry that you felt we were unprofessional by holding you accountable for items that were missing, we do make this clear in our rental agreement.
