Great location - very close to the beach, coffee shops and shopping. Great restaurants within walking distance. The property was very clean, roomy, good kitchen. Four of us stayed for 10 days and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and space

Enjoyed our stay, location to harbour and sea a stones throw. Able to watch the ships leave the harbour from the outdoor table. Easy walk to town. The place has a great kitchen lounge setup , we will return.

Lovely weekend stay at Harbourside

Wish we had booked for an entire week. We'll equipped, spacious and comfortable for the number of guests. Parking on the street is a bit of a inconvenience if not available. Property is pet friendly which is not easily acquired. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is looking for a well deserved break with their pet.

Perfect location for our first trip with Frankie

We love the mount and have been visiting it every six months, but this was our first with our new puppy, who was just seven months old. HOST: Excellent communication. Even though there was an issue with my initial booking, I think this is more to do with the bookabach system than the host. PRICE: Reasonable consider the location. LOCATION: Perfect for us as we love walking up the mount as much as possible and 2 mins to the beach. You will need to park on the street, but plenty of spaces are available. Lovely neighbours. OVERALL: Considering we wanted to bring our pet and already limited our options, this will be a place I will book again, even if I am not bringing Frankie next time! Thanks for hosting! :)

Great place, awesome location

This a great property in the heart of mt maunganui. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bay, mt etc. Clean and modern. Perfect for our stay during the Aims games. The only issue we had was that we decided to book one extra night and the nightly rates went up by a 1/3 for the entire stay and was charged to my cc. This was only pick up by accident and I ended up cancelling the extra night. Property manager Courtenay was very receptive and helpful and organized the refund for us. If you alter your bookings make sure the additional charges have been correctly applied .
