Welcome to Sunset Bay, Ocean City Md, Bldg 1, Unit 503 - Top Floor Waterfront Condo with Beautiful View of Assawoman Bay. Balcony, Free WiFi, Central A/C & Shared Outdoor Pool!
Have your morning coffee from the comfort of your private balcony, enjoying the spectacular view of the many birds and fowl that inhabit Assawoman Bay. In the evening you will have breathtaking views of the sunset. This 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10, and is in midtown Ocean City, within walking distance to many popular restaurants, such a s Seacrets, Fager's Island, and Macky's, and the Convention Center. There is convenient and safe access to the beach with both a traffic light and crosswalk within the block. This unit comes with a well equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, slow cooker, many useful cooking utensils, and a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Sunset Bay complex offers an outdoor pool with a hot tub, exercise room, and a pier to fish or crab from. This is a smoke - free property and pets are not allowed. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
