Casa Las Rosas is located 10 minutes before downtown San Felipe, in the community know as Ejido, and right next to the main San Felipe - Mexicali Highway 5.

The property has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the front yard is amazing, it is also the parking area, which is gated for your security, on the side there is a nice sized picnic areas with palapas so the guest can have his drinks while he puts something to grill, also, there is a middles size kitchen fully equipped for the guest commodity.

Do you have more than 26 guests? Well you can also rent next vacation rental house, Casa SunnySide which also has a private pool, and 18 more guests can be accommodated.

There are a few restaurants close by and also San Felipe Brewery is really close by, a grosery store is convenintly located a couple blocks away,

Family vacation

The house is nice n clean theres stuff that can really need an upgrade and it can also be more private. Kitchen is to small for a big family that extra space in the middle of the house can be combined for a bigger kitchen. Extra room outside needs a restroom. :) but i would definitely stay here again the house itself its really nice 👍
