Beautiful 1 bedroom house

Relax and wind down at this beautiful one bedroom unit. Very quiet, private and comfortable, this modern place was built only a few years ago.

It has one bedroom with queen bed, an open plan lounge with sofa and a smart TV. A full kitchen comes with stoves, oven, dishwasher and kitchen island.
A large fridge with plenty of space for your grocery if staying long term.

Heat pump(air conditioner) to keep you comfortable no matter the weather.

Unlimited fibre internet with speeds of 100Mbps download so you can download or stream your favourite shows.

The property is beside a fresh water stream and a walkway that goes around the Wattle Downs Peninsula with beautiful sights of the sea.

Privately located with all the modern amenities. Has queen bed, cupboards. Modern Toilet and bath Kitchen and double door fridge Unlimited Wifi Suitable for long term accomodation, if you’re moving house and need to stay in between. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. (TV signal doesnt work at times) but you could watch YouTube etc on it.

Amar, the host was very welcoming and friendly as well as very helpful. The accomodation was very clean and very comfortable. Its set in a really pretty part of wattle downs with nice walks and waterways to admire.the accomadation had everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxed.

This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it. Really kind people thank you.

We stayed here as a quick overnight before heading further south. Check in and out was easy. The place was nice and clean. Lots of room if you were to stay longer.

Great little spot.

Was only there for a night to connect to a flight home, but it was a perfect spot, reasonably close to the bus terminal. Clean, cozy and a fantastic shower. Really nice walking path just around the corner as well.

The place was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, with great décor. Had an excellent experience during our stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities too. Lovely stay. The flats are on the same property, to the main house, so it is still private, but not as private as I was expecting. Beautiful flat though, and wonderful conmmunication.

Wattle Downs

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, no complaints.The issue I had was that I put into search Pukekohe as my choice of destination. The ad for this place had photos of the unit, which was accurate, but also a photo of the Monarch hotel in Pukekohe at night which- makes it look like that was where the accommodation was. It wasn't until much later that my confirmation came through that night I saw that it was Wattle downs which I accepted because of the time and Wattle Downs is a good area. The accommodation was in Manurewa, not Wattle Downs!!Accuracy in location was far way off base and not on.
