Crissy, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - We do not have a mildew issue nor have we ever. There have not been any guests in the past who have ever complained about this. We have checked the house numerous times and have not smelled any mildew. We the owners tried to communicate via phone so that we could find a solution and you declined. We are the kind of owners who want to reach out and be available whenever a situation arises, we want all our guests to be happy - Our apologies that the lanai pool cage had not been rebuilt by the time you arrived for your visit. Like many homeowners, we were affected by damage from Hurricane Ian. We are patiently waiting for our turn for building experts to get the resources to rebuild this part of our home. We are sorry for the inconvenience - We take cleanliness seriously and were not aware that there were any issues with the sheets on the bed, we will look into this and wish you had brought it to our attention while you were in the home We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.
