A “pole a bois en fonte” provides radiant heat during cold fall or spring nights.This is the place where you’ll spend most of your time as everyone tend to gather around the central table.

FIRST FLOOR

Contemporary Oak and Steel staircase with child safe rails leading to a large Mezzanine Floor TV Room and/or Children's Play Area featuring bean bags, games, books, LCD Samsung TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii console.

Bedroom 2 & 3 Upstairs:

Complete with double beds these rooms are separated by sliding wooden doors so can be turned into one large room if needed for a family. Shared bathroom with Italian Shower.

Bedroom 1 - Master Suite of 40m2:

Complete with queen bed and fireplace with oak sliding doors leading to a 20m2 upscale En Suite Bathroom with large closets. Featuring contemporary double sink, toilet, large Italian shower, high end contemporary large tiles on floor and walls and a beautiful standalone bath set in the middle of the room with stunning views of the Alpilles mountain range.

EXTERIOR

The house sits on a 2 acres of land on top of small hill with 50 olives trees. The house is accessible from a private laneway which arrives at the back of the house and with ample parking with 2 covered parking spots.

Outside the front of the house sits a charming seating area with 2 chairs and table. Set under the shade of one of the many mature Chestnut trees is a large teak dining table and chairs to seat 10 people and a beautiful designer seating area for 4 people along with a stone table and bench made from local stone which lends itself to the perfect spot for an evening aperitif.

The garden also hosts a cosy moroccan style covered outdoor lounge with seating for 12 people or more with 2 large local stone tables and built in benches with stylish pillows proving to be the perfect spot for lunch in the shade or late dinners.

Pool - 11m x 5m

The beautiful pool is completed with stone decking and surrounded by lavender and pink laurels. The pool has a manual pool cover and 2m x 5m ledge making it very safe for children to use. 6 Lounge Chairs, a full outdoor Sofa set, a Ping Pong table, BBQ and Swing Set are also provided.

Located on the edge of the Alpilles Mountain Range, the property is ideally located to visit many of the famous villages Provence has to offer - a 10 minute drive from the desirable villages of Eygaliers and St Rémy de Provence, 15 minute drive to Les Baux de Provence, 20 Minute drive to Avignon Centre, 25 minute drive to the beautiful hilltop towns of the Luberon - Gordes, Menerbes, Rousillon and Lourmarin to name just a few, 45 minute drive to the city of Aix en Provence and an hour drive to beaches either at Cassis or in the Camargue.
