Beautiful place

Great place for the activities we wanted to do. So clean and just nice. We actually enjoyed coming back every night after hiking since this place was so well done. Very peaceful and the neighbors were nice.

Everything was excellent; including beds, living area, kitchen and bathrooms! Overall access was great including handicap ramps and wide doors. In a quite friendly neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, visitor center, hiking trails, and the beach. Very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely return to this lovely home when in the area!!

Great place!

Property was perfect for our kids’ hockey tournament weekend, and was close to everything we needed. The house was quiet and great to return to between games just to relax. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond the couple of times we needed information. We highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Kenai/Soldatna area!

Kenai Vacation

Amazing spot to come and relax, let the kids be themselves without feeling the pressure to keep them quiet for the neighbors. Though the neighbor is very sweet lady that helped answer all of our questions. Very close to local grocery stores.

Great place

We had a great stay here. Host was very responsive to a few check in concerns. Place was well supplied, although patio would benefit from seating options and grill was small Weber charcoal grill. Clean, spacious, great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely return.

Kenai Family visit

Visiting family in Kenai, but we needed our own place for a few nights. The house was clean, easy to find, close to shopping, next door neighbor was friendly. Seemed like a quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. We would definetly stay again. Thank you!

Overall, very nice place, clean and new. The light switches were okay, I’m old school, I like flicking a switch and getting light immediately. Other than that it was great and I would stay here again.

Loved the property. It was plenty of room for two couples. But that had a foreign stove top and foreign stove was a little tricky on how to figure it out. We had to Google it. We’ve never used an induction stove, top before and found that there was only one pan that worked on the stove so that was a little difficult doing morning breakfast. So a couple more pans would be great. Light switches were very different, but we finally figured it out. The house was in a great location to everything that we had planned for the five days we were there. I think if there was a guest book on the table that gave instructions on how to use the stove top in the oven and the lights would be very helpful. We had a fantastic time in Alaska. I think everyone should go and visit.

Great place to stay

This home was conveniently located near family we were visiting in Kenai. It was very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. The host communicated with us quickly, and we had no issues. The neighbor even greeted us and introduced us to her dogs :) We’d stay again. My only advice would be regarding the ventless dryer - great idea, but it took 2 hrs to dry a small load, so plan accordingly.

Very Nice & Clean

Great place to stay. Very Clean. The only Negatives was the Dryer took a long time to dry a Load. And the Light Switches were to high tech. I would say go back to a normal switch still 5 stars. We would stay again.

Easy check in. Disappointed that the grass was not mowed but inside was very nice. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. Lights were difficult to understand. We did not use kitchen other than refrigerator.

Highly recommend

Having lived in this area for 20 years(Pamela Ct) we were delighted to find out where this rental was..it was a perfect location for our Peninsula stay. Owners were very easy to work with and we could not have been happier with the house. Although none of us are disabled this house is handicapped accessible, and looks newly remodeled. The only thing we would recommend is instructions for the induction stove, that was a bit tricky to figure out.
