We stayed 3 night. It was every thing we wanted and more. The host is the nicest lady! She was so fun to be around. The property was beautiful. It had a place freezer for your fish, a hot tub beautiful yard fire pit. It was a perfect family vacation. Thank you so much. We will definitely come again.
This place was very homey and comfortable! The property manager was very friendly, laid back and accommodating. There was plenty of room for our large family to sleep. We enjoyed the games, the books, the movies and the toys that were available in the house. The hot tub was wonderful!! We will definitely be staying again if we come to town.
We had a great time thank you. The property owner was very kind it was fully stocked with everything you could need and we were close to town and yet secluded in a forest area
I would stay there again in a minute

Odie and Rick are wonderful and want to please you
The house could be a little cleaner. But we overlooked it.This is an older home so consider it to be like an old cabin. NOTHING fancy. The TV didn’t have channels so bring your own movies. Odie and Rick are wonderful people. When they found the TV had a crack in the screen Rick ran out immediately and bought a new one. But still didn’t have reg viewing. The internet is VERY slow so take that into consideration. Mom and 2 baby moose came up to the deck. Mosquitos live up to their reputation!
Always pleasure to stay in this place!!! Very nice owner!

Fishing the Kenai
Great quiet location for extended stay in the Soldotna, AK area. Plenty of room for a bunch of guys and would be great for a family. Location allows for day trips to Homer and Seward when not fishing on the Kenai River. Hope to go back for more Salmon and would definitely see if this rental is available next time.
Like our previous stays, Odie’s place was ideal. She welcomed us and checked in to make sure all was well. Our stay was relaxed and served as a perfect fishing home base. The hot tub is a bonus, too! We will be back next year, and the year after...
Perfect house for four fishing buddies. Ode was very accommodating and let us utilize some fishing equipment and a vacuum sealer for our fish. The house is very well stocked and when we had a question, Ode and Rick were very prompt. Enjoyed seeing moose walk through the property. Nice stay!

We live out here, in the house we built next door. Raised our four daughters in a basement while we built a log home and have always loved the end-of-the-road, the beauty and peacefulness here and thought perhaps others might also.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property in 1983. Later our daughter's family built this house and have now moved. So we bought it and would like to have others enjoy it out here!!
What makes this property unique
