No loud noise outside after 10pm. There is a Minut decibel noise monitor outside and we ask our neighbours to let us know if there is loud noise.
Our home must be left in a reasonable state: Damage, spills or stains must be reported and you may be charged for replacement costs or extra cleaning
Any extra guests who stay over, above the number of guests paid for in the reservation, will result in a penalty cost of $120/person/night.
