Excellent location and incredibly comfortable house. Mintes form main shopping and walk across to the beach. Couldn't ask or more. The downstairs living area was excellent for elderly parents and plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent . The house was spacious and accommodated the 8 of us perfectly. The kitchen was nicely fitted out . The location of the house was excellent . We will definitely stay there again

Fantastic and relaxing home base

Spacious property with almost immediate access to the wonderful beach makes it a very relaxing place. We, a family of 4, plus grandparents had by far sufficient room and privacy while we could enjoy tome together in the large kitchen and living room.

We stayed as an extended family for a week and greatly enjoyed the space, facilities and location - ideal for five adults and four children. It was just across the road to a classic open beach. Five minutes from supermarkets. But an easy reach by car to Tauranga and Mt Maunganui. Even Rotorua was an easy drive away. We made good use of the BBQ and ample fridge space. We created great summer memories.
