This bach is modern & has everything you need. Really comfortable beds for a great night's sleep! Great location - close to the beach, with handy direct access as well as close by to the New World store & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious living with beach access

A great spot to base your Papamoa holiday. 3 lovely bedrooms and spacious living space to relax . Good kitchen amenities allowing easy dinner prep if you want to eat at home. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach which is stunning . Good bathrooms as well.

Amazing getaway

Beautiful home, so well equipped with everything you could need and more. Love the air conditioning and ceiling fans. Great outdoor area with shade. The beach is right there with your own private access! We will be back for sure!

lovely home, only reason it didn't get a 5 was its not very private, the outside is very exposed to anyone coming down the shared driveway and the house opposite can see into all the rooms on the driveway side. would help if the lawned aera was hedged along that side.
