Stayed here for a few days in June during the World Cup, and as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe. This apartment is a stone’s throw to local bars and restaurants, and has a super comfy bed, lots of natural light, plenty of closet space, and a fully stocked kitchen. I also appreciated the detailed check in/check out information, and quality internet connection, as I’m a digital nomad.

A wonderful apartment in Vancouver. What more could you ask for. Plenty of amenities. Everything we needed to cook, wash clothes, catch up on email and watch TV. Taking some time to regroup before our next adventure. A very walkable area. And, you can certainly stroll on down to the harbor area to get your steps in. Host was responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Very convenient location for coffee and food and cocktail choices fairly close to the water and attractions. Apartment makes very good use of the available space.

We loved our stay at Mark's place. It was clean, centrally located, and Mark himself was awesome to deal with. He even helped find a hearing aid that I only realized I had lost after we'd checked out. We highly recommend Mark's place.

Great location, apartment was perfect for my needs, very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. I did notice that the sheets did not seem to be changed out (hair, sequins in the sheets) but swapped those myself. Otherwise fine!

Great stay & convenient location

Comfortable and cozy stay in the perfect location for a walkable city, 10 minutes from Sky Train, 15 minutes to City Center, 30 minutes to Waterfront and bus stop a few steps away to take you further afield. Grocery stores and plenty of food options nearby. Check-in was easy and the host was pleasant and communicative.

Overall great stay. Convenient location. Clean.Bathtub drain didn't drain well. Informed the host and they were not able to have anyone fix it during our stay which was unfortunate. Hopefully it's resolved for the next guests checking in.

Very nice place to stay in Vancouver

We stayed here for about a week. The apartment was well kept, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, a lot of things within walking distance -- it helps that Vancouver is very walkable as well. Mark was responsive to any questions that we had.
