About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Edwards
My partner Pete and I have been creating Hartvale Gardens and Cottage over the last nine years. We enjoy gardening, Hartley and its surrounds and sharing the property with our guests. Our garden has been featured on Gardening Australia TV Show and we have designed the cottage as a luxury escape in a rural setting.
Why they chose this property
We mostly chose this area because of the magnificent views.
What makes this property unique
Both the colourful, ‘paintbox garden’ and the natural rural and mountain landscape and views with resident kangaroos, ducks and rabbits. The historic aspect of Hartley and its proximity to both the Blue Mountains and the Central West give the cottage an ideal location. The peace, beauty and tranquility add yet another layer the stay.
