What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:
SHERATON Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Important Alerts
Guests should be aware of the following:
Beginning Jul. 30, 2023, to Dec. 16, 2023, Sheraton Vistana Resort Cascades Buildings will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

For safety reasons, Sheraton Vistana Resort can not accept grocery deliveries on behalf of guests and Owners who aren’t present at the time of delivery; those using vendors such as Instacart, etc., must be present to take receipt of their orders instead. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our newest dining option, Tacky Tiki Grill, is a fun and festive island-themed bar and restaurant found in the Fountain Recreation Center. Enjoy juicy burgers, gourmet hot dogs, handmade pizzas, healthy salads and fresh wraps, while the bar features delightful frozen drinks, freshly made mojitos and your favorite cocktails. Be sure to add to the dollar bills from our Guests covering the walls — each year we donate them to charity.
