Very nice house on the shore of Lake Hamilton. Nice yard for the grandkids to play in. Nice grill for cooking out. Perfect location to watch the fireworks show. Big room downstairs for family fun.

Surprised I found everything in one place ! Tv remotes need batteries but we aren’t big on electronics so this didn’t bother us at all. Everything else is just as described and the property owner is very helpful !

Perfect Girls Getaway!!

The property is very clean, spacious, well stocked and right on the lake with the dock at the back door. We enjoyed the spaciousness both inside and outside. The furnishings were comfortable and the soft cozy throws and pillows were an added bonus. We’re not a tall group so the lower ceilings in the main living area were not an issue. We walked to a nearby restaurant and took a short drive downtown for activities. Our group meets in Hot Springs often and would definitely chose this house again!

Had a good time was a perfect size for all 8 of us! Plenty of cookware and dishes. Was clean and in a handy location. Overall nice place to stay. My father is 6’1” walked downstairs just fine very low ceiling anyone taller may not be able to fully stand up. If you’re shorter than that no problem.

All of our friends and family absolutely loved the place. Wonderful location with several amenities including boat rental. There’s a nice restaurant massage acupuncture marinas etc all in walking distance of the home. Fishing poles available on the boat dock. Also included a music/karaoke setup. We will definitely be back in the future. Great place for family and friends to escape to… We give it a 10 out of 10. The host was very attentive to any needs and questions we had. Book your family a stay here you won’t regret it…

4th of july

The house was very clean with a great location. The only thing they don’t tell you in the description is how low the ceiling is on the bottom floor where the kitchen and living room is located. We had some tall people with us that were over 6 ft and they had to tilt their head a little bit it was not that big of a deal. Also I would have preferred to have a way to lock all doors going out of the house from the inside for some extra security. You could lock from inside but the outdoor key pad code would open it. Needs to have some kind of security from the inside. With being said the house has a lot of room and it was a wonderful location. We would rent there again.

The place was clean. The host was amazing, helpful, and answered all of my phone calls and my questions! Most of us were elderly and it was so nice. It was a very nice, clean property. I suggest, in the property description, that it should notify people that the ceilings downstairs are very, very low. Anyone above 6 feet will not be able to walk comfortably downstairs.

House was perfect for our group.

The owner of the property made sure any issues, questions, problems were resolved promptly and the house was as described on the listing. The back yard was really nice and being able to access the lake was a huge plus. We were just inside of town so it made it convenient to get to anywhere we were trying to visit. The master bedroom was awesome. Large, spacious and very private.

Great location and great people

The location was perfect! Smack dab in the middle of lake Hamilton with two marinas a stones throw away. Not only was fueling up the boat convenient, the staff at the marina made us feel like we were in our own home. Check in was simple because we were greeted by the owner. He made sure we were able to enter the property with ease and had everything we needed. Within about 10 minutes, then he left us to enjoy our stay. Great place, Great host, and Great people. We had a blast and definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property was the best. It was close to everything. We had plans of going out doing family activities but the house was so perfect we stayed home and enjoyed the house.

Houses was in a great location Right off the bridge next to the marina but far enough from the road to feel comfortable. We rented the boat during our stay for cheaper than we could’ve rented from a marina which was a great bonus. House was right on the main Channel of the lake with a boat ramp next door for customers who wish to bring there own boat. Overall a great experience!
