Happy Stay Near Stissing Lake

Convenient to the lake and the restaurants on 199, the Tree House was a great place to stay. Immaculate, spacious and beautifully laid out. Would be extremely happy to stay there again.

Lovely home, close to town

I stayed here this weekend while working at an art event at ChaNorth Artist Residency. The rental was very close to town to pick up food and supplies, and made it quick and easy to get to the residency. The house was in a quiet neighborhood along the lake, which has a beach to swim. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other folks coming to visit the artist residency as well! Carolyn was lovely too - thank you so much!

Just as described

We had a lovely stay in Pine Plains. Everything with the unit was as described. The only thing I’ll mention is that if you’re traveling in the summer, the AC is only in the living room and is very loud.

Absolutely Perfect

This listing was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for our stay. We were visiting a relative that is less than 2 miles away. It was so convenient. I don't think we would have found anything similar for miles away. The area is beautiful, the people in PIne Plains are very friendly. Lia's Italian Restaurant and Moose on the Loose for breakfast were fantastic. Do not hesitate to rent this unit if you are in the area.

Vacation Get Away

My husband and I love Pine Plains. This place was fantastic except for the air conditioner. It was insanely loud. Also, a regular coffee pot would have been nice. I didn't care for the one they had. All in all we had a wonderful time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Happy to see that Pine Plains wasn't built up. Would love to come back.

Ideal Pine Plains stay

My daughter and I stayed together in quaint pine plains and this great place. The owners/managers were polite & helpful. The place was as described and impeccably clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it for anyone looking to stay in that area. Very cozy and felt like a mini home with all the right amenities. Pine Plains has a lot to offer and this is a great launching pad if you are going to be in the area. I absolutely recommend it.
