The house had everything as advertised and was a great space for our group of 11 ladies to stay at for the weekend as we were attending a conference at Hershey. We were thankful for the 3 full bathrooms and large kitchen space. We are already talking about coming back and staying when not having a conference so we can all spend more time together. My only complaint would be the house smelled a bit musty which might be from not having guests for a bit.

Property was nice and plenty of room for our group of 7 with room to spare! The host was great and very responsive on communications when there was a slight issue! Was close to where everything was that we had came to see and also not so close that it felt busy! The neighborhood was very quiet and well taken care of with the old small town vibe and we loved it!

The house was perfect for our two families. We all had enough space and privacy with great communal spaces to hang out together. The proximity to Hershey Park and town was great as well.

Wonderful Christmas in Hershey

The house was perfect for my family. We had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. The location was good and our host was responsive. I have never before had a host to contact me to see if I had arrived safely. Karen is awesome!

Do not book this property!!!!

We had a horrible experience and I highly recommend you do not book this property!!!! Issues we had: The house was not clean, and there were spiders throughout the house, especially in the basement bedrooms. The house was advertised as having 5 bedrooms/6 queen/king beds, which we thought would be suitable and spacious enough for our party of 11. We found out when we got there that 2 of the bedrooms/3 beds were located in the basement. This was NOT specified in the listing. In addition, these bedrooms violated Pennsylvania egress code requirements. The tiny basement windows were not able to be opened from the inside, which caused a significant fire hazard. We had planned for the children to sleep here (as the master bedroom was upstairs), but were obviously extremely uncomfortable to let our children remain down there. In addition, there was a horrible odor throughout the entire basement, and there was no ventilation or AC vents. There were NO photos of these basement bedrooms in the listing. The property was advertised as having a spacious backyard - our party was looking forward to utilizing the yard - we brought outdoor games and activities. Upon arrival, we saw that the backyard was in un-usable condition. It had not been mowed in several weeks - the grass was up to our mid-calves. In addition, there were broken tiles, glass and other debris, some extremely sharp and dangerous for children, scattered around in piles close to the outside patio.
