The condo was amazing. We loved the spaciousness and bedrooms. The decor was so cool. We had family stop by that was staying the hotel near by and were so jealous of the property. We were able to swim in the lake, hang out on the porch. So happy we found this property. Everything is near by, food, entertainment…. Thank you for everything.

The location and amenities makes this a perfect get away..... it's nestled in the secure setting with relaxing views of the Lake..all the stores & restaurants are minutes away... only suggestions is better lighting in the kitchen....it's like you have 🕯 for lighting when cooking..Other than that@ this place is Awesome!

The view is breathtaking. Location is perfect, we just walked into the lake from the back porch. I would recommend this home to anyone that loves being directly on the lake. There were some issues with the house. Some downstairs lights and outlets didn’t work. And one of the downstairs bathrooms was completely unusable. The toilet runs and doesn’t flush and the shower doesn’t even turn on. There was an old pizza in the oven and dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. We also had to buy toilet paper. But the view made up for all of it.

Not the best

The house had two air-conditioning units. The unit that cooled the kitchen and the top floor with the best view was not working correctly. Call the manager told her it was not cooling never sent anybody out. Disappointed we did not get to use the room with the the best view, because of the how hot it was.

Despite this delay, we ensured that the air conditioning was functioning within standard parameters, maintaining a temperature of 72 degrees on the middle and upper floors of the property.-We understand your disappointment in not being able to fully enjoy the room with the best view due to the temperature concerns. Modern and Picturesque

The townhouse was located in the perfect place on Lake Ray Hubbard! It had easy access to the lake via a nice little beach and provided several floating toys for us to play in the water on. Beautifully decorated and awesome views of the lake. I had coffee on the veranda every morning! My 2 grandchildren want to come back next year. My only complaints would be that we were unable to access the community pool that was on the amenities list which was one of the main reasons that I chose this place. Access to the pool required a key fob and there was no place to enter a code at any of the pool or gym entrances. I called the guest contact and left a couple of messages but I never recieved a called back. Also, the walk in shower in the downstairs extra bedroom was not working. In spite of this I most certainly will consider staying there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean had a fun vibe with all the industrial lights and clever signs and decor. We loved it. Stairs everywhere so make sure you can do them lol. We would book again if ever in the area.

Loved our stay.

We had an awesome time on our mini schools out get away. The only thing I would say negative is whom ever cleans the place should get rid of the spider and cobwebs all over the outside living space. But once I got it cleaned up we enjoyed ourselves.
