Thank you for your review, Carole. We will review the documentation on pool access, as this is the first time a Guest has mentioned that more clarity is needed. One of the pools requires a key fob, while the other requires a passcode, both of which are provided. There are only six chairs at the dining table, but that is shown in the listing. The listing also shows a photo of the size of the patio, which we will agree is on the smaller size. I am unsure which exact beach you drove to, but Newcome Beach is indeed about 2 blocks away. The listing does have photos that show the dining table only having 6-chairs and the small patio in the back. In the picture of the patio, it actually only shows a grill, and not even a table and chairs. This home is located in Harbor Club (a very popular area amongst travelers) and is in one of their "quads" with the back exterior area being shared with neighboring homes and actually being maintained by the HOA. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay, Rachel! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its location. This property is new for 2022 and you are one of the first guests at the home. At the time of your reservation, there was no patio furniture, however, we did not include photos of such or make mention of any patio furnishings in the listing. The owner has since added a table and chairs to the back patio. After your recommendation, the homeowner has also ordered ceiling fans which will be installed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the near future (once scheduling allows), and an oscillating fan for the 4th bedroom. We will investigate the bathroom door handles and recommend the homeowner change these out if there are indeed no locks on them. In regards to the basement, this is a locked owner storage area and is simply an unfinished basement. We have several properties with locked basements and this is the first time we have experienced a guest with concern. We are sorry that you found this disturbing! We will discuss the trash services with the appropriate individual, but I believe they were just trying to be of assistance since they noticed your cans had not yet been pulled out yet. They did not enter the home or attempt to but it is their procedure to knock on the door to let you know before entering the garage.
