Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and all private outdoor areas, including the pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, sun lounge deck, outdoor oasis, speakeasy lounge and all interior living spaces.

Certain storage areas and owner’s closets may be locked for housekeeping and maintenance purposes.

Other things to note
Pool Safety
The pool area is fully fenced for safety. Please keep gates closed during your stay. Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the pool and hot tub. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk.

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated to 80°F for $50 per day. This fee applies to the entire length of your stay if you choose to add heating.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is heated and included with your reservation at no additional cost.

No Glass & Cleanliness
For everyone’s safety, no glass or food is permitted in the pool or hot tub area.

Quiet Hours
Please respect San Diego’s neighborhood quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to help maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Ironwood is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a central San Diego neighborhood, offering the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to the city’s most loved attractions. The house is located adjacent to a school, so you may notice brief traffic around typical drop-off (around 9:00 AM) and pick-up (around 3:00 PM) times. It clears quickly, and your private outdoor space remains a relaxing place to unwind, especially after school and on weekends.

Whether you’re here for beaches, culture, dining, or nightlife, Ironwood places you right in the center of it all—while still offering a peaceful, private retreat to come back to.
