The room was clean,The host communications was great The casino was near by not far down the board walk, the shops were near by.The showboat casino is very run down and the room was interesting the futon advertised was old broken and run down and the bed was very week,so bad that I had to change rooms and the 2nd room wasn't much better but manageable bed was too soft and the futon was ok but very bumpy, the the dishwasher had to be reset.Safe to say I will not book with them again .

Location was convenient to 2 large casinos, Hard Rock and Oceans Resort. Great place to stay for families with kids or adults not into the 24/7 casino environment. Waterpark was massive.

Best Family and Dog Boardwalk Apt for the Price

We have stayed here twice. It's great. It's an older hotel but being on the Boardwalk and in a dog and family friendly "casino" is great. We will continue to do this again.

Worst ever experience on all fronts. This place is in Showboat. We reserved for 4 as the description said it sleeps for with a a queen bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was barely large enough to 'sleep' a 10 year old child. It was 5.25 feet long and this was not a sleeping sofa. We needed to bring in our camping bed to sleep the 4th person!!! There were no covers in the room. All communication was through AI even the phone calls. They somehow ordered us a weighted blanket!!! After 2 days of pleading. The place is good for a couple. This is totally dishonest advertising and reseving and there is No-one to help afterwards. Stay away from this property and just reserve at Showboat. I have pictures of this insanity and I will go after this company.
