We couldn’t have asked for more. It was all we were looking for. Pool, beach, with very easy access over the dunes, no stairs to get to the unit nor inside, parking right there and allowed our dogs, We were in Jax for family functions but we had plenty of time to be at the pinapple. My sister and her husband came from Wisconsin and said they would make the trip again if we could stay at the same place. So many thanks to our hosts. Go, you will love it !!

Our stay was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and communicative. The property had everything we needed for the beach and rainy days in! And the area was great for walking our dog. We especially appreciated all of the extra touches, like the little grill and the sound machine in the bedroom. We loved the sound machine so much, we bought the same one when we came home. While the dunes were high and we didn’t have an ocean view, the owners explained that in the property description and we knew exactly what to expect. The walk over to the beach was just one the other side of the fence, about a minute walk to put your feet in the sand, so it all worked out great. And best of all, this part of the beach was perfect for families as it was never overly crowded. We will most definitely stay again!

Cute and comfy condo, great location, and wonderful hosts. Everything you need for a day at the beach is supplied by the hosts. We enjoyed being right on the beach and just a few steps from the pool. Had a great time!!

This was a perfect place for our needs. We wanted to be near family for the holidays, and have enough room for them to visit us as well as take walks on the beach. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants as well as making meals in the well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of parking which also made it easy for visitors. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the ocean. Access to the beach was also easy with a walkway right next to the building.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

We loved staying at the Happy Pineapple. The condo is right beside the pool and only steps from the beach. It was great that we could bring our dog with us, too.The owner was very helpful and the communication was very smooth. We definitely plan to go back!

amazing location and pool!

A beautiful, comfortable, and clean condo with super easy beach access, and the benefit of having a pool right out the door in the summer heat can not be understated! With great restaurants just a few blocks away, the Happy Pineapple is an absolute gem – looking forward to visiting again!
